Four Itchy Feet

Today, we worshipped with our brothers and sisters at Carolina Forest Community Church (CFCC). Pastor Tyler Edwards brought us the word from Genesis 9:18-28. Tyler was able to take a passage that we had read many times and bring new insights that pointed to the great plan of salvation and redemption through Jesus Christ, all the way back to Noah’s time. The worship was great and inspiring to see a packed house of brothers and sisters lifting their hands, singing, and dancing in worship. We had the chance to celebrate communion, always a treat when traveling from church to church.

It is so good to see how the word of God is spreading around the world. Time and time again, we see churches packed with families worshipping Jesus. It is easy to miss the incredible spread of the gospel, only having a view of your local church growth, but take it from us, the gospel is spreading today like wildfire. It is everywhere; the greatest prophecy fulfillment is right before us. Isaiah 27:13 says, “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.”
